• View account activity and recent transactions
• Show balances onscreen without logging in
• Transfer funds between accounts
• Send money securely with Interac® e-Transfer via email or text
• Deposit checks
• Make bill payments or schedule one-time or recurring payments
• Manage scheduled bills and transfers
• Receive real-time account notifications
• Locate nearby branches or ATMs with GPS
• Contact customer support

The YNCU Connect app maintains the same stringent level of security as our online banking platform. Users utilize their standard online banking login credentials to access the app. Even without an online banking account, you can still utilize the Branch/ATM locator or Contact Us features.

By downloading the YNCU Connect mobile app, users agree to install the app and receive any future updates or upgrades. Consent can be revoked at any time by uninstalling the app.

The app will request permission to access the following device functions:

• Location services – to locate the nearest branch or ATM using GPS
• Camera – to capture check images for check deposits
• Contacts – to add new Interac® e-Transfer recipients from device contacts
